On Sunday 4th August 2019 a team of us took part in the Nottingham Riverside Festival charity boat race in aid of Rainbows Children's Hospice. Everyone taking part fundraised for the event and we were thrilled to raise over £1100 for such a great cause.
It was our first experience of dragon boat racing and we managed to reach the semi-finals, next year we plan on returning and taking the top spot!
