This property was modernised and given a face lift by forming a new two storey bay window extension with feature brickwork and aluminium clad steelwork together with a seperate ground floor bay window extension with GRP flat roof and sloping soffits along with a new porch extension with new tile lean to roof and new velux windows.
An internal alteration was carried out with structural steelwork installed to remove the existing walls, a new oak staircase with glass balustrade and engineered oak flooring was laid throughout the hallway. The existing windows were replaced for new anthracite aluminium windows and the facade was rendered in monocouche style render.
