Conversion and refurbishment of existing stable, garage, hayloft and ancillary buildings to form new living accomodation.
The work involved installing new solid insulated floor construction incporated wet underfloor heating system. New two storey extension using brickwork to match the existing together with door and window alterations using hand made bricks and feature arches.
New structural steelwork and first floor was installed and new plumbing and electrics throughout before re-plastering.
A glass link was installed between the main house and the outbuildings and a large internal alteration was carried out within the main house to form open plan living/kitchen/dining area with a timber frame and glass roof extension.
A new triple garage was constructed in a style to match the period features of the house.
