The units were registered as listed buildings, for this reason a considerable amount of correspondence was undertaken with the planning authority in order to obtain permission for the intended works
Installation of a new mezzanine area and staircase which is utilised for clerical purposes
Creation of a new Physiotherapy room
Demolition of the dividing wall between the two units
Insulating and overboarding of the roof space
Installation of new lighting throughout the units
