We were asked to construct the shell for a new block of flats, retail unit and an internal car park in West Bridgford, within the building we also built a lift shaft in the communal area. The works also included installing the precast concrete floor planks to the first floor and installing the trussed roof and tiling the roof, balconies were also installed for each flat. The glazing comprised of powder coated aluminium frames to all floors including the bi-folding doors. A zinc lower roof, cladding and rainwater goods were installed to the building and a single ply lower roof was installed to the car park.
