This project required the existing roof structure to be removed in order to install new steelwork and first floor for new timber framed walls and roof structure to be formed to the new first floor giving the property three further bedrooms and two bathrooms.
A large ground floor extension with bi-folding doors and roof lanterns was constructed to form large kitchen/living/dining area with a seperate dining room and single garage to the side of the house. New wet system underfloor heating was installed to the ground and first floors and all the existing rooms were completely refurbished with new electrics, plastering, decorating, joinery and flooring.
